My first visit yesterday to Urban and what a pleasant experience .
Went in needing a new style for summer and Cheryl was so helpful , especially with my colour which was too blonde and wrong for me and she gave me a great new haircut & style.
Felt very relaxed and comfortable , 3 pots of tea later , I hadn't even looked at my fb the whole time , that's a first .
It was like catching up with a girlfriend I'll be back and happy to recommend
